Couric remarked that Iger has a reputation in the business industry of being a nice guy. She asked him how he can be nice and also make the tough decisions that are required as a leader of a global company. His reply was profound.Iger said that he doesn’t think he is nice—rather, he is kind. Nice is avoiding confrontation and sometimes avoiding the truth. It’s telling people what they want to hear, even if it’s not honest. Being nice can get in the way of effective leadership.Kindness is recognizing the human being in everybody—the person who you are firing or giving bad news to is still a good person. Iger said he tries to demonstrate fairness and empathy when delivering bad news. 2SHARESShareShareSharePrintMailGooglePinterestDiggRedditStumbleuponDeliciousBufferTumblr

Four days later, Messi was planted at the Bernabéu and gave him a victory over BarçGuardiola’s. That team seemed thrown toward the double. But Inter de Mourinho got into the middle. He admonished Denilson, Rosicky and Eboué. This Monday are met ten years from one of the bigger parties of the Messi’s career and one of the individual exhibitions most impressive of the Argentine soccer player in his career, who has already had a few. A April 6, 2010, Messi destroyed Arsenal with four goals in the return of the quarterfinals of the Champions League. After the first leg tie (2-2), the Danish Bendtner was silent in the Camp Nou with the 0-1 that overtook the gunners in the knockoutto. Messi put things in their place with three goals before the breakThe first, with a tremendous lash from the balcony of the area; the second, with a magnificent irruption that he resolved with a right hand and, finally, with a very sweet ‘bite’ before Almunia. In the second part, closed the rout in the middle of the madness of the Camp Nou, that those days saw very close the dream of repeat Champions, no less than at the Bernabéu. Barça’s rival was going to be Inter, but that was another story. The praise for Messi came at the end of the match. Laporta spoke of a “stellar genius”. But the one who got out of the script was Arsene Wenger. It was the day in which the praise of “cartoon player” who used Valdano with Romario jumped into the video game footballer as defined the ‘boss’ of Arsenal: “Messi is a Playstation player”. Wenger was correct in one thing: “He is very young and can achieve great things. Makes impossible things possible. I do not know many players capable of scoring the fourth goal as he did. It can mark an era. “ It failed in one. “You still have to six or seven years dough great level“Ten years after that, Messi continues being able to score four goals in the same game, as he showed before the Eibar. In addition to four goals against Arsenal and the gunsmiths, he has scored four goals in the same game three more times: on February 19, 2012 against the Valencia in LaLiga (5-1); on May 5, 2012 in front of the Espanyol in a derby (4-0); Y against Osasuna on January 27, 2013. Also, Messi was able to do five goals to Leverkusen on March 8, 2012 in the knockout stages of the Champions League.
